Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes Servings: 36 deviled egg halves

Ingredients

  • 18 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 tablespoons Texas Green Sauce
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Optional: extra Texas Green Sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cook the Eggs: Place eggs in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to stop cooking.
  2. Prepare the Eggs: Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Make the Filling:
    • Mash the egg yolks until finely crumbled
    • Add mayonnaise and Texas Green Sauce
    • Mix until smooth and creamy
    • Season with black pepper to taste
  4. Assembly:
    • Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture
    • Sprinkle with paprika for color and flavor
    • For extra kick, drizzle with additional Texas Green Sauce

Pro Tips

  • Bring eggs to room temperature before boiling for best results

Make Ahead & Storage

  • Store assembled deviled eggs in an airtight container for up to 24 hours
